OHIO

Design of mooring facility and loading port OHIO. In 9 months from program requirements to permitted and construction-ready design through expertise and intensive collaboration with the contractor.

Zeewolde Battery Park

Development of a battery park at the Zeewolde wind farm during the permit phase and tendering process.

Wippolderlaan

All preloading, settlement analyses, and monitoring required for the widening of the ring road and the creation of grade-separated intersections.

Relocating pipes

BT Engineering is designing a closed-face tunneling solution for Dunea to relocate the water pipeline and prepare it for the renovated Europaweg in Leiden.

Dike reinforcement Markermeer dikes

A 33 km flood barrier between Amsterdam and Hoorn has been reinforced to protect 1.2 million residents of North Holland.

Water Barriers

Design, assessment, or implementation support for any project involving flood defenses along seas, lakes, rivers, or polder basins.

Non-Water Retaining Objects

Knowledge of all objects and activities in or near flood defenses that affect them, such as pipelines or structures.

Foundations

Support for any structure or building in all its forms, from pile foundations to shallow foundations.

Infrastructural Structures

All structures and engineering structures in the connections required for transport of all kinds.

We design quay structures, from port terminals to revetments, from complex inner-city quay renovations to rapid quay constructions for execution. We master the entire spectrum of quay construction, from assessing the existing structure, sheet pile calculations, deck caps, anchors, relief structures, groundwater impact assessments, etc. Depending on the project, we perform extensive calculations in PLAXIS and/or SCIA, or automated with the D-series.

Hydraulic Structures

Design and assessment of structures in and around water, including fenders, collision protection, mooring facilities and pumping stations, environmental impact assessment, implementation advice, and vibration prediction. We utilize our knowledge of structures, geotechnics, and the specific requirements of the field (such as ROK2.0).

As a result, the wind farm was built within the set SDE period, so that the subsidies for the part were not jeopardized.
