Even though we often see it as a given, the Dutch landscape is actually quite fascinating. The expression “God created the world but the Dutch created the Netherlands” says enough. A lot of technology and thought went into that landscape. We think it’s fascinating to see and to understand. Let us develop, design and improve it and let us ensure that it is done efficiently, right the first time and without hinderance, so that others can continue to regard those dry polders as a given.
