Job requirements

in Finance, Accountancy or Bussiness Economics: Bachelor's/Master's level (HBO/WO)
Affinity with dynamic project environments: Professional interests
A few years of experience in a finance role focused on advisory and projects: Relevant experience
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (verbal and written): Language skills

Your place in our team

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our office team, which supports our overall business operations. In this role, you will translate financial insights into concrete actions.

What you will do:

Preparing monthly and annual financial reports
Taking ownership of planning & control (budgets and forecasting)
Monitoring and analyzing project results and margins
Acting as a sparring partner for the Executive Board and project managers
Identifying risks and optimization opportunities at both corporate and project levels
Managing cash flow and supporting the preparation of annual financial statements

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a driven and communicatively strong Financial Controller with relevant finance experience in project- and advisory-driven environments.

You are capable of maintaining a high-level overview of financial information and processes, while simultaneously remaining hands-on in execution. You can prepare monthly reports, provide them with the necessary context, and propose and implement required actions for the Executive Board and MT.
